Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend choosing by your child's height rather than age. Use our Size Guide for the best fit:

  • Standard: For children 110–145 cm (3 ft 7 in – 4 ft 9 in) — 15 L capacity
  • Large: For children 145–165 cm (4 ft 9 in – 5 ft 5 in) — 18 L capacity

What if my child is between sizes?

If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra room as they grow. Feel free to contact us if you need help deciding.

What colors are available?

Our bags come in two signature color-block styles: Pink & Red and Blue & Navy. Both feature our distinctive two-tone design with playful zipper pulls.

How much can the bag hold?

The Standard size holds 15 L and the Large size holds 18 L — plenty of room for school supplies, a water bottle, snacks, and more.

Are the bags ergonomic?

Yes! Our bags are designed with padded, adjustable shoulder straps and a structured back panel to support your child's posture and distribute weight evenly.

Are the materials safe for children?

How do I clean the bag?

For everyday dirt, wipe down with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, hand wash with mild soap and air dry. We recommend avoiding machine washing to preserve the bag's shape and materials.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to eligible destinations. Import rules and local requirements may vary by country. Contact us before ordering if you'd like to confirm availability for your location.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 10–12 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking information will be included in your order confirmation email once your bag is on its way.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.

Can I return a personalized bag?

Personalized products are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
